Payment

Project payments are typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables produced for their projects. CodingGeek.com retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

CodingGeek.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
